The OV Agency, LLC — West San Fernando Valley
One operating system. Every neighborhood gets its own outlet.
We build and run hyperlocal media networks in the west San Fernando Valley — local editorial, a business directory, and advertiser revenue, all on one platform designed to open a new market fast.
What We Build
Hyperlocal media, built for neighborhoods the algorithm skips.
West Valley Guide is the model: a local outlet for one neighborhood at a time, built on editorial coverage, a business directory, and advertiser revenue. No syndicated filler, no city-wide coverage pretending to be local.
Coverage
Editorial that's actually local
A dedicated outlet for each neighborhood — real coverage of what's opening, closing, changing, and happening nearby, written for the people who live there.
Directory
A directory people trust
Every outlet carries a business directory for its market, so residents can find local businesses and those businesses can be found — without fighting a national platform for visibility.
Revenue
Advertisers who see the fit
Local businesses reach the neighborhood they actually serve. Advertising revenue funds the editorial and directory, and keeps each outlet independent of any single platform's algorithm.
How We Build
A small technical team, and a platform that replicates.
Every outlet in the network runs on the same technical foundation: the same editorial tooling, the same directory infrastructure, the same advertiser workflow. We don't rebuild it for each neighborhood — we configure it.
Our technical team is small and AI-staffed by design. That keeps the platform lean and lets us put engineering time into the architecture itself, not into repeating the same setup work market by market. The result is a new outlet that opens in weeks, not years, at a fraction of the cost of building one from scratch.
This is the actual differentiator: not any one neighborhood outlet, but the system underneath all of them.
The Network
Four markets live. The rest of the Valley is next.
Woodland Hills, Canoga Park, West Hills, and Chatsworth are live under West Valley Guide today. Every other node here is a neighborhood the platform is already built to serve — it's a matter of when, not whether.
